From the time you awaken to the time you retire for the night, you subject your body to a barrage of chemicals, toxins, and potentially hazardous compounds.
You may do so deliberately by smoking, drinking excessive alcohol, or choosing fast food over healthier fare. Sometimes, however, you subject yourself to unhealthy substances, having only the best intentions.
